PMA App

Main objective of the app is to connect Patient to Doctors and Pharmacists in real sense. App will help Doctors and Pharmacists to keep track of Patient Medicines and Prescriptions. App will work at patient end. Patients will be given with SensorTag bags which will contain Medicines as prescribed by Doctors. App will connect with these SensorTag bags using BLE(Bluetooth light Enabled) to check out whether patient has consumed prescribed medicines as described on time or not. App will alert user of Medication intake on time or before particular time. App will also connect with other Medical devices using predefined barcode. App will keep track of patients Medication intake history. App will also Show Patient with current prescribed medication.

• Use of BLE API and use of background services make integration successful
• Use of SSL enabled webservices for Data security. Use of SQLite Database as local storage made operations easy
• Sync operation after particular time interval made app light and less prone to crashes

• Setting up connection with BLE enabled medicine pouch and perform background operation
• Data security and local data storage for offline access
• Offline Data sync once mobile is connected to internet
